On Edifying Wisdom Trend Of The Contemporary Education

Since education came into being, it had been playing a very important role in knowledge transforming , social development and human advancement , and this function cannot be replaced by other social subsystem . But we have to admit the following fact, in the course of social development, ignoring man's personality, astricting man's creativity, restraining man's thinking and animadverting, and ebbing man's practicing ability, lies in education, and it is very serious in some phase of society . This goes against man's wisdom growing. Today, man has already been in knowledge economy and communication age. This age calls for upper stuff and upper wisdom ambit . It is man's ideal to have ascendant matter living, enjoy gracious spirit living and taste joviality and welfare of life. Education has responsibility to realize the upper ideal. But because of history inertia, factors going against wisdom growing still exist in education, and exert strong force. They prevent people from persuing wisdom and become bottleneck of improving education quality. For this reason, I choose edifying wisdom trend of the contemporary education as topic of my master's degree paper. On base of understanding the meaning of wisdom, I analyze the representation of lacking wisdom edification of the contemporary education, and also analyze the reason conducing wisdom edification lacking of the contemporary education, then I put forward some suggestion and policy to realize wisdom edification of education. The whole paper includes three parts: Part One, understanding, the meaning of wisdom and its value. Based on the relation of man and the world, the meaning of wisdom is studied. Wisdom comes from the impersonality needs to hold and change the world. It is man's view, experience and observe to the universe reality and true meaning of life . It lies in all kinds of mode of man's understanding and practice. It bases on how man does with the world, enters the relation of man and surpassing the world and compasses amalgamation of man and the world. That is, understanding in deed of universe and self-essence. From point of view of man and nation, I open out the value of wisdom , point out that wisdom is key to man's welfare and footstone of nation prosperity and advancement . Part Two, studying, wisdom edification lacking of the contemporary education. Firstly, this part opens out the representation of wisdom edification lacking of the contemporary education, including shading man's personality, fettering man's creativity, blocking man's thinking and animadverting capacity, and ebbing man's practicing ability. Personality, creativity, thinking and animadverting capacity , and practicing ability are all core factors of wisdom . Then, I analyze the reason to cause wisdom edification lacking of the contemporary education, mostly including, brushing man aside, education concept lagging, education breaking away social practice, utilitarianism indulging in wilful persecution. Pointing out needs of edification trend of the contemporary education. Part Three, proposing, walking up to education of wisdom edification. In order to realize education of wisdom edification, firstly, we have to construct circumstances, which is good to wisdom creating. I believe we have to take four steps, firstly, radicating education faith of being for man, esteeming students' principal status; secondly, composing opening form education, widening students' breadth of mind and field of vision ; thirdly , making harmonious relation between teachers and students , spiriting up students upturning ; fourthly , fusing science and humanities , nuturing students' humanity accomplishment .
