Research On Training Objective & Model Of Talent Of Higher Vocational Education

China's higher vocational education has been developing. More and more experts at home and on abroad attach much importance on the research on training objective and model of talent of higher vocational education. Based on long time investigation into China's status of higher vocational education and learning from domestic and overseas research result of it . This paper puts forward talent training objective adapting Chinese environment in order to train higher skill-application talents, who work at front spots of manufacturing,building,managing and serving under the guidance of now and future's development trend of society and economy. These talents have necessary basic theory, expertise, culture and skill, and good vocational ethics and strong job responsibility , and are good at resolving complicated problems. This study, based on the models of major set-up, instruction, curriculum, test & practice and staff training , puts forward a new training model of higher vocational talents suitable of modern information society, including the model of major set-up guided by employment, the model of instruction aimed at training professional competence, the model of subject design through constructing "Big platform but Small module", the model of test and practice of regarding professional identification diploma as employment permission system, the model of staff training regarding training double-skills teachers as the goal and the practical model of combining with manufacturing, learning and researching. This thesis summaries the practical experience, of professional talent training model of "Numeric Control Processing Skill" in Hunan Industry Polytechnic College. The study has some significance in theory and practice of talent training objective, scale & positioning, curriculum set-up, etc. of China's higher vocational education, especially it has some guidance to setting up technological majors in higher vocational schools. It will be helpful to exploring the approach of talent training and improving the quality of talent training, especially it has reality importance to training professional talents in "Numeric Control Processing Skill".
