A Research On The Position Of Talents Training Objective Of Higher Vocational Education In Undergraduate Level

With the fast development higher of vocational education in our country since 1990’s,now it has composed half of the higher education,which has contributed a lot to the social and economic development.Recently,the society thirsts for large numbers of high-tech technologists vocational,but Higher Vocational College aims at raising special technological talents,which can’t meet the needs of the development of economy.Thus one paradox that between the talents person’s actual demand and talents cultivated by vocational college has come into being.Since 2010, the Chinese government successively promulgated "National medium and long term educational reform and development plan(2010-2020)", "Decision of the State Council on accelerating the development of modern vocational education" and other documents, in order to vigorously develop higher vocational education of undergraduate course level,and this move has provoked the whole public pay attention to it and it’s positioning personnel training goal.Talents training objective is based on national education purpose and the need of social and economic development, all kinds of education at in such aspects as development direction,training specifications of rules.It not only leads the school education teaching activities, also reflects the school’s concept.The Higher Vocational Education in undergraduate level as a new thing in the field of higher education in our country,which to realize the sustainable, rapid and healthy development,must position accurately the talents training objective and show its advantage in the talents training activities, to create “special talent” to meet the needs of society and promote the development of social economy.Based on higher vocational education in undergraduate level as the research object, around the theme of position of talents training objective, through combing the related literature, the author analyzed the basis of the higher vocational education in undergraduate level and summarized the characteristics and experience of the higher vocational education in undergraduate level among Japan,Germany and Britain,and then put forward the exact position of talents training objective of higher vocational education in undergraduate level, namely to training high-level technical application-type talents.In order to achieve this goal,society, government and school must be coordinated, renew theidea, enhancing the construction of legislation and the implementation of “strengthening practice, highlight the application”talent training measures.
