Research On The Construction Of Market-Leading Talent Training Model In Higher Vocational Education

China’s economic has entered a new normal,and has fully access to the deepening of reform based on the transformation and upgrading stage.With economic structure having been continuously upgrading,not only it puts forward higher requirements to the human capital quality,but also requires multi-development of talents.Due to the influence of the traditional education thought,vocational education has not been valued,and lacking of the establishment of the sound institutions lead to the connotation construction of Higher Vocational Education development is hampered and causes "Short Board" on cultivating of talents.It will not only affect the cultivation and the development of individual ability, but also extend to economic development and social stability.So We must pay attention to the construction of talent training model, and committed to the skilled talents cultivation.This paper starts with the analysis of the current situation of Higher Vocational Education talent training,and analyzes the problems that existing in the talent training model in detail. Which include the misconceptions in understanding and practice. On the basis of the problems,the paper explores the related reasons.And specifically elaborated the ideological concept,goal orientation, professional and curriculum, training methods, teachers, the practice teaching and several aspects. In view of the current problems and reasons that existing in the talent training model of Higher Vocational Colleges.The paper puts forward the talent training model which adapt to the social needs and development changes.That is Maket-Leading Talent Training Model.With the practical operation system as the main line, and according to the dynamic changes in the market to lead the training of talents. Which adjusts the professional dynamically and combining with the enterprise human resources and university teachers to design curriculum. We should construct some necessary systems,such as systematic and scientific knowledge learning system,simulation training system,post for field work internship system and post training system,and taking the Hunan International Business Vocational College as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the new model.In order to provide reference for the Higher Vocational Education talent training of our country at present stage.
