Mechanisms Of University Research Team For Post-graduate Creativity Training

Under the ear of "Big science", the team cooperation model as a research subject in the scientific studies, turns the "team" and "research" into an indivisible whole. With the cause of education development, popularization and the expansion of the scale of recruit students, Master graduate students and doctoral students research training methods have changed a lot, within the field of professional, research team relies on its powerful and advantage, as a whole has become "a real training leader", the tutors let themselves gradually become academic foregoers, team management or mental models. This article is based on creativity of STS social research, enriches the STS basic theory and makes an important theoretical and practical significance to development of University Research Team and creativity sociology.The University Research Team is the main form of organization for scientific and technological innovation. Investigation shows that in the scientific research team training mode, students condensing more than professional knowledge and skill, the social capital and cultural capital of inheriting, accumulating and expanding, make them easier for students to enter scientific community or to reach certain height. These recessive contents make themselves into a black box that is forced to open.In this paper, we take the exploration of the mechanisms of post-graduate creative training as the core task. From reference the creativity system theory and research team theory, under the research paradigm that creativity is a various factors constructed network, using related to social and cultural capital theory, based on original empirical research, exploring the core essence of cultivating mode. Through the analysis of the characteristics of University Research Team and make them fit to the influence factors of creativity, discuss the work process and results of the team training mode of cultivating students creativity, extract three kings of effective mechanism, they are scientific research ability mechanism, cultural mechanism and social relations mechanism. Through an empirical research, this study to understand the new tutorial system status, rethink profoundly postgraduate training mechanism based on the scientific research team in college, and in the light of the existing problems, build effective countermeasures to University Research Team of student creative mechanism.
