Interpersonal intelligence, proposed by Gardner,an American educator,,is one of the pluralistic intelligence theories. It plays an important role in talents training. The Chinese ancient scholars and experts have been referred to the importance of cultivating interpersonal intelligence. For instance, a famous book about learning claims that learning alone without friends makes you ill-formed, ignorant and inexperienced.We can find that at school the difference between interpersonal intelligence will affect both students’ comprehensive development and disharmonious interpersonal relationship. Therefore, the importance of cultivating interpersonal intelligence is urgent in nowadays. Electronic games, as a new source of training players’ multiple aptitudes, compared with the limitations of traditional trainings, have become the trend of improving talents cultivation using modern technology.This passage, according to the summary" the prominent results of electronic games in the development and training of players’ multiple intelligence", come up by someone long ago, puts forward the elements(understanding ability, presentation skill, adaptability) of electronic games in the effect of interpersonal intelligence training. Adhering to those elements, the passage discovers to prompt the training strategies in the process of cultivating students’ multiple aptitudes, then applies these strategies to classes in order to testify its results which proves to be the available method to foster students’interpersonal intelligence.This first chapter of the paper is the current research status, as well as educational and social significance; The second chapter outlines the interpersonal intelligence, index analysis and traditional training methods; The third chapter expounds the characteristics of electronic games and traditional classification, and analyzes and finds out factors about electronic games from the angle of interpersonal intelligence; The fourth chapter further analyzes game factors in cultivating interpersonal intelligence, putting up strategies for their interpersonal intelligence development by means of electronic games; The fifth chapter illustrates using electronic games to promote the concrete application of interpersonal intelligence culture; The sixth chapter is summary and outlook.
