| This research tends to explore the actuality and relationship of interpersonal value,self-concept and interpersonal relation for enriching the research on University students' interpersonal relation and offering some foundations to the positive model of mental health education in university. 508 university students from universities in Fuzhou were measured by University Students' Interpersonal Values Questionnair,Tennessee Self-Concept Scale,and University Students' Interpersonal Relation Scale.The results indicated:(1)University students' interpersonal value are positive and aspirant on general;the means of self-concept are in medium;interpersonal relation are well,which no interpersonal relation harassment and light harassment in total interpersonal relation and four dimensions are the most,while middle harassment are the secondary,serious harassment are the least.(2)Different demographic factors such as gender,family location,profession style,family income can have influence on interpersonal value,self-concept and interpersonal relation.(3)Social self,personal self,experience can predict the talking factor;social self, personal self,identity,physical self,total positive can predict the assorting factor;personal self,self criticism,family self,ability can predict the ways one get along with others;social self,self criticism,help, identity can predict the ways one get along with the opposite sex; social self, personal self, self criticism,help can predict total interpersonal relation.(4)Sentiment and reputation can predict total self-concept.Finally,several advices were given by the result of the research:(1)University students' positive interpersonal value and self-concept should be cultivated.(2)Mental health education should be developed for improving university students' assorting ability.(3)Some university students being entranced with internet should be guarded,and reality assorting should be encouraged.
