Interpersonal relationship is a relatively stable psychological relationship between people and the exchanges and the ability of interpersonal communication and interpersonal relationship is gradually formed and developed in the process of human's socialization,interpersonal relationship is an important embodiment of interpersonal skills,is an important medium of individual socialization also,the social individual important support system.Interpersonal relationship plays an important role in individual learning,life and work etc.Therefore,it has become the consensus of psychological educators to conduct interpersonal counseling,reduce students' interpersonal problems,improve their interpersonal relationship,and promote their mental health development.On the basis of the theory of The Satir Model,Psychological Activity Course as a class unit,mental activity teaching of high school students,aimed at reducing their interpersonal problem;enhance their interpersonal relationships and;certificate of psychological activity course from the practice of Satir model.This study adopts "the experimental group and control group experimental before-after design",and selects of "Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale for Interpersonal Relationships" test of senior-one students,There is no significant difference in test results of the two classes,experimental class consists of 45 students,and the control class 44 students.In the psychological activity class,the experimental class is tested in 8 weeks,once a week,each period of the Satir model Psychological Activity lesson is 45 minutes;the conduct their lessons just as the usually do in the the control class.After the experiment,the "Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale for Interpersonal Relationships" is used for retest.The results show that the experimental class and the control class in the improvement of interpersonal relationship,the experimental class does much better than the control class.In addition,this paper also discusses the effective mechanism of The Satir Model psychological activity course,and put forward the future development direction of research through the experience and reflection.The conclusion of this study:(1)The Satir Model psychological activity course has a significant effect on improving interpersonal relationship of senior one students.(2)The Satir Model psychological activity course has a significant effect on the improvement of senior one students' language ability.(3)The Satir Model psychological activity course has a significant effect on improving the communication skills of senior one students.
