This study aims to research the Interpersonal trust and Emotional intelligence in four different Liuzhou middle schools’673 grade one or grade two students by using KMS and EIS. This thesis’ purpose is trying to understand the general situation and relationship of Interpersonal trust and Emotional intelligence among the middle school students’, and then gives the boarding middle school students guidance for a better harmonious Interpersonal relationship and keeps in a good mood.The results show that:First, the total average score of boarding students is on a high level in the Emotional intelligence. And the emotion feeling dimension is the best. The emotion expression ability is the worst. And the boarding students’marks of the four dimensions are higher than the day students.Second, the total average score of students is on a low level in the Interpersonal trust. And the distrust factor is the best, the lack of trust factor is the worst. And there doesn’t has a obvious difference between the boarding students and day students in the three factors of Interpersonal trust.Third, the Interpersonal trust negatively related to the Emotional intelligence. And the emotion expression ability can forecast the dishonesty in negative direction. The comprehension and inference dimension can forecast distrust factor and the total score of Interpersonal trust in negative direction.The study of personal interventions shows that, the effective emotion training can improve the students’Interpersonal trust and Emotional intelligence. And it also can help they have a better study and life. So we can naturally say that the boarding middle should special focus on students’ emotion situation.
