The aggressive behavior is inconsistent with the behavior of close to social, as a socialphenomenon; it exists in all social strata. Nowadays, the aggressive behavior in teenagers andviolence is more and more serious, with the growth of the youth, the consequences willbecome increasingly serious and the social damage is very huge. The college student is agroup who has higher culture and single composition. Stand the development of psychologypoint; they belong to the middle of youth and they are easy to influence with others, theemergence of these aggressive behavior is very universal and particular. So, analysis thereason and looking for the method to reduce aggressive behavior is a very important socialissue.The paper is start with the characteristic and type of the aggressive behavior, analyzesthe harm and performance and the causes of the aggressive behavior. Such as the socialrelationship conflicts of the different backgrounds and social morality and others; theparent-child relationship conflicts of family relationship and education mode; the peerrelationship conflicts and so on. At last, from the standpoint of adjusting the interpersonalrelationship, it analyze the method of elimination: training the healthy personality, payattention to the quality of the college students’ behavior training, school, family and socialtrinity, to develop the good human relationships of the college students.College students’ aggressive behavior of multiple is a result of the integrated effects ofvarious aspects, and the society, the family and the conflict between companion had aninevitable relation with. Based on the observation method, case analysis, measurement andinterview method and other methods of college students’ aggressive behavior and the harm ofthe main performance, this paper further explores the cause of aggressive behavior, especiallyagainst the phenomenon of the deep reason, also points out that the social problems of thesticking point. According to the college students’ study and living environment characteristic,this paper puts forward the adjustment college students’ interpersonal relationship reduceaggressive behavior thoughts, and gradually build a harmonious civilization universityenvironment. In the college students’ aggressive behavior on interpersonal relationship adjustment ofresearch, this paper holds that sound personality of college students is particularly important,among the college students to strengthen the core value system of socialist construction, andwill deal with diversity and selectivity, ideals and reality, sociality and individualityrelationship. Through the study of marxist theory, make the students form scientific worldoutlook, the outlook on life, values, to cultivate healthy personality and enhance the culturalquality is of great significance. To realize the optimization of the university students’psychological quality, psychological quality, strengthen the psychological dynamic excitation,make it meet the psychological problems, can adjust state of mind, in the society better, morecan when necessary care for others, help others. College students should study hard, with theteacher’s guidance, school education, are suitable for their own a set of learning methods, andenhance their own culture, and strive to improve yourself, make oneself to be more perfect,and step by step towards maturity. Schools should also increase the propaganda dynamics,pay attention to students’ psychological education for interpersonal understanding, collegestudents should from the bottom of serious to recognize its importance. To strengthen collegestudents’ psychological health education, the purpose is to make the students potential tomaximum, and improve the ability to adapt to the external environment, and to promote thefeeling to learn and accept new things cognitive level. The university campus shouldvigorously carry out various is helpful to the comprehensive development of college studentssocial practice activities, and guide students to walk into the big social class, and actively takepart in social practice activities, extensive contact with society, so that they in the same socialvarious aspects of connection, understand the social reality, in consciously extensive socialpractice edify thoughts and feelings, enrich spiritual life, enhance psychological quality,improve the personality cultivation, finally achieve healthy personality mold. The school shallestablish students’ psychological consultation institutions, according to the college students’happen highlighting problems are solved, ways of flexible and varied. For existingpsychological problems of students, can build the relevant psychological files, and carries onthe track attention, timely give attention and psychological counseling.After the study, we can draw the following conclusion: Firstly, there are greatdifferences about the college students’ external aggression in different domestic seat, female students in the behavior of the external attack grade difference. Secondly, the relationshipbetween college students in an attack of sex, domestic seat, grade significant differences.Thirdly, college students’ aggressive behavior of interpersonal relationship conflicts caused bystudents, is by not healthy psychological cause, this behavior of its outlook on life, the valuesof the mold, and even after learning and work all can produce bigger effect. Student’s aggressive behavior the idea and method of a lot of is acquiredthrough study. Fifthly, college students’ sense of self though strong, but his family relations,family upbringing after days of aggressive behavior is has more influence. Sixthly, theconflict between associates college students in the normal behavior when, can properly handle,and establish a good interpersonal relationship. Seventhly, university student’s soundpersonality comes from joint effort of family, school and society. Eighthly, personalitycharacteristics on the college students’ aggressive play an important role in college students’personalities, should strengthen education.
