It is held by modern cognitivism that learning doesn't occur through imitation or passive assimilation, on the contrary, learning emerges only when the learner actively absorbs new information, experiences and constructs his own comprehersion in person Constructivism maintains that learning should be situational and aim-centered, and that learning is always connected with certain social background ,that is situations. Any desire of learning emerges in a certain situation. Only this sort of problem situation is attactive, stimalative and affective to the learners .Therefore,the important task for the teacher is to craeat various, combine the body-mind development rule.with its characleristic and construct all kinds of proper teaching sitauations ,in which the students are involved and experience the proceeding of maths knowledge and ideology, Only by experiencing the construction and feeling of this inner world can the students establish the ralation between mathematic contents ,Abilities acquired in the way are more penetrating and practical than those forced upon by the teachers Meanwhile, such activities are beneficial to further devolopment of creativing mode of math thinking .This thesis expounds the theory of constructing teaching situations ,points out the malpractice of the maths classroom teaching in middle schools and lists a couple of teaching situations that stimulate creative consciousness . The author suggests the construction principles, methods and strategies and has done experiments to carry out the research. The principal part of this thesis is strategy conception of teaching situations of mathematic classroom teaching in middle schools. This part consists of three sections: 1) typical teaching situation of mathematic classroom teaching in middle schools. 2) the construction of teaching situations based on traditional mode of classroom teaching 3) construction strategies of teaching situations based on the mode of up-to -date multi -media teachingBased on the methods and strategies mentioned above, the author has done a one-term experiment to carry out this research, which proves that by constructing proper teaching situations, we can 1) arouse students' interest in mathematic study stimulate their curiosity and improve the attitude toward mathematic study 2) evoke students' creative consiousness and cultivate their creative thinking 3) improve students' mathematic grade .
