As a huge irresistible trend, the development of modern education technology swept across the world and involved in every corners in lives. It shows the new field about improving the educational affect, reforming teaching methods on Science, revealing the art of teaching on Science, cultivating the students' ability of research, creation, experiment, observation and their scientific accomplishment. In order to enforce the new Science Course Standard further, let students get knowledge more directly and more entirely and give them the free rein to their principal parts in teaching process by the application of modern educational technology, to spread and apply modern educational technology is the inevitable trend of scientific teaching and it is the inevitable outcome of scientific teaching reform.In modern society that we advance quality education and promote students' all-round development, traditional blackboards, hanging charts, slides, projection and video are not enough. So the rapid development of modern educational technology is exactly according to the demand of the times. The advantage of audio-visual education program in modern educational technology is huge capacity. It is out of the control of time and space, it can do what a person can not do or dare not do in classroom instruction. It can make the best teaching affect and let students master more and richer knowledge. Meanwhile, in teaching course you can operate multimedia to relate old knowledge to new knowledge flexibly.The knowledge of the course of science is a little boring. But with modern educational technology, students can see vivid picture and they are easy to pay attention to the contents and their thirsty for knowledge can be contented.Modern educational technology provides us a widespread creative space. It contributes to activation about science instructionand improves the affect of classroom instruction. It makes students out of the control of the surroundings and factors. So the science instruction must apply modern educational technology to bring their positive factors onto learning and to lead them to think. Only if students can "act" in class, they can accept the knowledge in the learning environment actively, at the same time, they can accumulate their abilities. Students can learn some knowledge either from class or by connecting to the outside world. In this way, they can get emotional satisfaction, spiritual training and ability improvement, so as to raise students' scientific accomplishment level.
