Apoptosis is multicellular organism that is important physiological mechanism to keep it's oneself steady .it exists in life entity widely, Organism dispel the cells of damaging , aging , sudden change through the apoptosis, in order to maintain one's own physiological balance.Once this kind of mechanism was damaged, above-mentioned cells have not been removed , can cause aging, disease, cancer, but if the apoptosis and necrosises excessivly, would cause the serious organic disease . A large number of research indicated violent sports might increase apoptosis . it's reason was fierce sport that made organize activation of SOD reduce .content with MDA increase ,anti-oxidant ability decline of the organism.The research regarded healthy male SD rats of 44 as the research objects, divided into five groups at random, namely quiet to contrast group , strength exhaust sport group , strength exhaust sport intake bilirubin group , large intensity training group , large intensity training intake bilirubin group, adopted flow cytometer detection technique to observe supplementary strong antioxidant bilirubin result in lymphocyte and hepatocyte apoptosis phenomenon, and announced the strong antioxidant to the influence of apoptosis. At the same time proved apoptosis was relation to oxidative stress.The results showed that intake bilirubin group was very significance increase to non-intake bilirubin in content of bilirubin in serum. Acute strength exhaust sport group apoptosis rate in hepatocyte , lymphocyte presented slow to non-intake bilirubin; intake bilirubin compared with non-intake bilirubin apoptosis rate significance increase in lymphocyte (P<0.05) .In large intensity training group, hepatocyte, lymphocyte apoptosis rate intake bilirubin group notably slow to non-intake bilirubin group (P<0.05) . The oxidative stress intake bilirubin group compared with non-intake bilirubin group Superoxide dismutase(SOD) slightly rise, Malondialdehyde(MDA) quantity reduce, Superoxide dismutase(SOD) with malondialdehyde(MDA) ratio risein the plasma and liver of rats of large intensity treadmill training group and acute strength exhaust swimming group. So drawed the following conclusions: intake bilirubin could bring about apoptosis rate decreasing in hepatocyte , lymphocyte , at the same time Superoxide dismutase(SOD) slightly rise, Malondialdehyde(MDA) quantity reduce ,so intake bilirubin could improve ability of oxidative stress ,it offeres the experimental basis for reducing movement damage.
