The relationship between Tea and Health is the issue which has attached greatly importance by world in the past 10 years. The effective composition of tea is its phenols, which are popular points in research field of recent years. Currently, The existing literatures have already showed: The free radicals induced by smoking , alcohol , ischemia replenishing and ultraviolet ray ,TP(Tea Polyphenols) have already demonstrated an ideal antioxidant effect; Exercises, especially acute exercises, are also very important routes that can produce the free radicals. This experiment is for validating the antioxidant effects of phenol among the hearts livers of KU-MING mice. In the meanwhile, As we know, the medium-sized intensity aerobics have already been verified that there also have antioxidant effect, The purpose of this experiment is also to validate that whether or not these two kinds factors have superposing effects. Methods: To identify the TP influence to the mice cardiac muscles, livers damage induced by the impact of acute swimming exercise and its alleviative effect after 2 or 4 weeks TP supplementary and 2 or 4 weeks 90 min-intensity exercise.Male KM mice(aged 8 weeks)were randomly divided into 7 groups: (1)Sedentary control group; (2)2 weeks group fed with TP; (3) 2 weeks Exercise group;(4)TP fed with 2 weeks+ 2 weeks Exercise group;(5)4 weeks group fed with TP; (6) 4 weeks Exercise group (7) TP 4 weeks+ 4 weeks Exercise group,Sedentary mice were age- and weight-matched to the exercise trained mice. And Exercise trained mice underwent two or four weeks of 90 min swimming training six days/week,TP (Tea Polyphenols ) supplement groups are provided the TP (180mg/g/d) according to the weight. After the each group's mice completed the arranged experiment plan, Hearts and livers were harvested immediately after the last bout of exercise and were used to generate the indexs of SOD,MDA,CAT,GPX using colorimetry until the second day's morning.Result: Compare to the antioxidant indexes in mice cardiac muscles of sedate group, we found that the 2 weeks TP supplement group significantly rises in SOD activities (P<0.01) significantly rises in GPX activities (P<0.01).Compare to the antioxidant indexes in mice cardiac muscles of sedate group,4 weeks supplement group significantly rises in SOD activities (P<0.01), significantly declines in content of MDA(P<0.01)significantly rises CAT in activities(P<0.01),significantly rises in GPX activities (P<0.01).Compare to the antioxidant indexes in mice livers of sedate group, the 2 weeks TP supplement group significantly declines in SOD activities (P<0.01), rises in the content of MDA.of 4 weeks TP supplement group (P<0.05 ) and also rises in GPX activities (P<0.05) Compare to the antioxidant indexes in mice cardiac muscles of 2 weeks TP supplement group, 4 weeks TP supplement group MDA content significantly decline(P<0.01), significantly rises in CAT activities (P<0.01). Compare to the antioxidant indexes in mice -livers of 2. weeks , 4 weeks supplement group SOD activities significantly rises(P<0.01), significantly rises in the content of MDA(P<0.01 )and significantly declines in CAT activities (P<0.01), Compare to antioxidant indexes in mice cardiac muscles of 2 weeks TP supplement group, 2 weeks exercise-TP supplement group significantly declines in SOD activities (P<0.01), significantly declines in...
