Discussion On Physical Training And Keeping In Good Health Of Chinese Medical Science

This paper has made an investigation to find out the motive that students of the state high schools run by the local people study Chinese, and the result shows the weak motive of the most of the students, the external motive and the internal one both show the increasing tend from the first grade to the last grade. As the teachers, we should fully emphasize the stimulation and the cultivation of the motive of the students of state high schools run by the local people, especially the first grade and the second one, to make the students produce strong interests and the thirst for knowledge in the Chinese studying itself. I think it should stick to the principles of proceeding in an orderly way and step by step in stimulating, cultivating and keeping the students' motive and infiltrate from the external motive to internal one with the stimulation of the external motive as the entrance and with the cultivation of internal motive as the base. It also should be undertaken gradually to stimulate and cultivate the external motive of the students: if the students has a weaker motive, if they have had reverses, if they have the psychology and behavior of escaping, shrinking and even giving up, it is difficult for them to study, so we choose the way of "coffee and companion " to add some honey to the cup of bitter coffee in order to generate the relevant studying effect; however if the students have stronger motive and can gain pleasure when they study, they will have the feeling of success, joy and can bear the heavier pressure, as to this, we can give the rein to the function of " extra conductant ingredient( Yao Yin Zi)" to give it to the "disease" of studying in order to increase the effect; when the motive of the students gets intense excessively, which has made themselves in the state of anxiety and played a negative role, we must throw away some of the external motive like some impurities. Also, the measures of the stimulation and cultivation of the internal motive should be carried out step by step, for instance, we can encourage the students to seek interests and then offer or change abundant interesting resource of interests, finally make the interests steady in cultivating the interests of studying Chinese. This paper provides some specific measures can be operated.In addition, most of the students of the state high school run by the local people are so called "inferior students", so the result of the study of this subject has a certain significance for teaching the " inferior students" of all kinds of high schools.
