Many countries consider training students' unintelligence factor as one ofthemathematical teaching order. Recently, our country has paid moreattention to breedingstudent unintelligence factor in mathematical learning.Learning motive is an important part ofuninteligence factor, in the processof school education, we should motivate students in orderto breed stude unintelligence factor. The teaching practice proves that it is the key ofteachingwhether we can motivate students, improve students' interest. One of the bigproblems in mathematical teaching is how to motivate and cultivate the students' learningincentive, which is always a meaningful subject for mathematical teachers 。Pedagogicsand educational psychology have accumulated a lot ofmethods on motivating learningmotivate. Our study wants to investigate some methods, which are accepted by students. Bypro-investigation we decided six factors, which greatly infect learning motivation. These arethe capability of teaching, whether the teacher is popular, the students' interest, the students'success or fail during study, the students' aim and the environment where the students study in.We interviewed many teachers in order to know the ways they motivating learning motivate.We get the questionnaire from the six factors. By selecting randomly, three classes in seniorgrade one and anotherthree glasses in grade two of a senior school. We analyzed the datausing SPSS. As the teachers, we should fully emphasize the stimulation and the cultivation ofthe motive of the students of state high schools run by the local people, especially the firstgrade and the second one, to make the students produce strong interests and the thirst forknowledge in the Chinese studying itself. I think it should stick to the principles of proceedingin an orderly way and step by step in stimulating, cultivating and keeping the students' motiveand infiltrate from the external motive to internal one with the stimulation of the externalmotive as the entrance and with the cultivation of internal motive as the base. It also should beundertaken gradually to stimulate and cultivate the external motive of the students: if thestudents has a weaker motive, if they have had reverses, if they have the psychology andbehavior of escaping, shrinking and even giving up, it is difficult for them to study, so wechoose the way of "coffee and companion " to add some honey to the cup of bitter coffee inorder to generate the relevant studying effect;however if the students have stronger motiveand can gain pleasure when they study, they will have the feeling of success, joy and can bearthe heavier pressure, as to this, we can give the rein to the function of " extra conductantingredient( Yao Yin Zi)" to give it to the "disease" of studying in order to increase the effect;when the motive of the students gets intense excessively, which has made themselves in thestate of anxiety and played a negative role, we must throw away some of the external motivelike some impurities. In our study, we concluded these ways to motivate students:1.To be a popular teacher is important. The popular teacher should be good at bothmathematics and teaching. The teacher also should regard studentsand believe the students' ability in learning mathematics.2.Before the new classes begin, teacher should set up definitude order tostudents.3.In the new class, teacher should tel students the use of the knowledge.4.Teacher should keep on telling the history about mathematics, in order tomake thestudent realize that mathematics is interesting.5.Teachers should make maths interesting and visualized by computer.6.If the student on learning,is failed in le teacher should teach him some methodsandanalogize his disadvantage.encourage him,7. Make sure the students solidaric and mutually.
