Morals, as a kind of human spiritual activities, it is a kind of assurance to possible world. What the morals reflected is not real but should be right. The morals are not the portrayal of people's realistic behavior, but examine closely in ideal world, in the morals, appraise well and malicously to the realistic behavior with the ideal standard, so as to guide people's behavior. This kind of ideal and realistic contradiction sport, form the human morals activity, promote mankind to advance to the kind direction , make each individual self-perfect constantly too constantly, distil oneself. Morals characteristic this must stipulate essence of surmounting etc. of moral education too. The purpose of moral education is not to let people find out about the behavior in actual life, but let people grasp the future behavior.People often say , " moral education should adapt to the society " , " moral education should be close to life ". Moral education, as a kind of educational activities, a kind of spiritual activity, it should be limited by the material, realistic life. However, the reality of the spiritual activity is not the last home of this kind of activity, what it pointed to is surmounting to reality . For this reason, moral education moulds and trains people's thought with the realistic morals ideal, impelling people to pursue a kind of ideal mental realm and behavior, moral education is realized with the morals ideal.Here originally in the article, regard the psychological contract as and join the realistic and ideal bridge, regard the psychological contract as analysing the tool is applied to ideal moral. With the help of theory of the psychological contract, narrow the disparity between the ideal and reality, the purpose is letting and is formed the common expectation goal by educator and educator, thus establish harmonious moral relation.The full text divides into four chapters altogether. Guide era background , domestic and international research current situation and purpose and meaning of research that the theory has expounded this text studies. The last chapter regards psychological contract as an analysable tools, explain the line of reasoning of development of contemporary moral education especially, from adjust moral psychology , make moral relation in order , strengthen agreement consciousness , perfect moral the responsibility mechanism , train moral culture , reinventing the inner world, and adaptability in tactics ,etc. visual angle start with, sum up and put in order to domestic and international moral theory.
