A Rational Thought On Constructing New Model Of Campus P.E. Culture

When entering the 21st century, the international competition becomes fiercer and fiercer. The competition focuses on intellectuals, the comprehensive qualities of the whole nation, economy and particularly the culture. Human resource plays a more and more important role in the enhancement of national comprehensive abilities while its conditions are decided first and foremost by the whole case of education development. The construction of campuses' arts environment and cultural aura as an important part of advanced education, holds essential importance for students in deifying their sentiments and morals, consolidating their decisions and molding the egos. At the same time, because the intellectual competition lies not only in the knowledge from books, but also in comprehensive qualities, we should pay heed to the individuals' comprehensive development for intellectuals and advanced intellectuals in particular P.E and P.E culture with the functions of body construction entertainment, education, regularity, stimulation, radiation, conduction etc, hold enormous impetus to the improvement of individual's comprehensive qualities. The collegial P.E. culture in campuses, as a P.E. culture and a collegial subculture, is a distinct culture phenomenon with profound intrinsic research significance.The construction of P.E. culture in college has induced a lot of problems now by investigation of the development of P.E. culture. For example, the excellent spirit and the notion of P.E. have not been set up because of the scare of the facility of the P.E. and the problems in the teaching of P.E. culture. And the main reason is that we have not developed a model for the P.E. culture in college. So the existed model can not satisfy the demands to the college students. And it has produced the separation of the consciousness, the behavior and the material. This is why it can not consist of a systematic, continuous and perfect network of the culture.Facing the modern development, objective requirements, we must look for a perfect resolve. And, I think, the theory of path dependence can be adopted as an important tool. As a method, it has been set up by new regulation and economic school. And it was mainly used to solve some economic problems in the past. Now ithas been put to the politics, sociology and culture. It also can succeed in solving some problems by the reform and innovation of the informal restriction, formal rules and execution. And it also can improve the efficiency when we are limited by material and technology.By our investigation and study of the history of the P.E. culture in college, we have applied the theory of path dependence to analyze the phenomenon of path dependence of construction of P.E. culture in college. This is one of the goals to the article. Another goal is to suppose a suitable model to solve the problems in the construction of the model of P.E. culture in college.Moreover, the condition of P.E. culture is explained according to the investigation and the method of compare. Relative category in the research of P.E. culture is clarified and the existing problems in modem P.E. culture study is pointed out and analyzed.
