A Study Of Development On Hui Minority Communitu In Urban Under The Perspective Of Path Dependence

In the context of globalization and modern transformation, the Hui nationality is experiencing unprecedented impact and challenge. Especially in urban Hui community, its original social structure was severely damaged, the traditional culture is facing the dilemma of dying. The path and direction of its development also have a strong relationship with the local culture. In this paper, the "path dependence" and "path creation" as the theoretical basis and the research perspective of the article, the "education and edge structure", "dietary structure", "relationship structure", "living space structure" and "economic structure" as the key elements. I analyzed the characteristics of development of Hohhot Hui community, and come to the following conclusions:(1)Regional Development Studies emphasize the path dependence of history and space, and the mutual dependence of technology, regional spatial organization and non-trade. In contrast, the path dependence of the city Hui community is more reflected in the construction of "local" and "cross-regional" in this paper. The "education and edge structure", "dietary structure", "relationship structure", "living space structure" and "economic structure" of Hohhot's Hui community have emerged as a significant feature of path dependence in the development.
