| The development of social work has a strong practical significance for social progress and the improvement of people’s happiness.From the perspective of social governance and national development,social work is one of the important driving forces to promote the modernization of my country’s national governance capacity and governance system in the new era,and it is also the main focus and focus in the process of building a harmonious socialist society.From the perspective of improving the people’s sense of happiness,social work organizations can provide certain material and spiritual assistance to the socially disadvantaged and difficult groups,help them get rid of their difficulties,enhance their environmental adaptability,and strengthen their sense of social integration.Therefore,focusing on the development of social work is of great significance for improving the level of social governance and innovating the methods of social governance.In recent years,under the guidance of the social governance concept of "small government,big society" by governments at all levels in Qianjiang City,social work organizations have played an increasingly important role in regional governance,and the professional services provided by local social work organizations have become more and more important.Development has been valued,and the number and quality of institutions have also developed to a certain extent.However,it is undeniable that,influenced by the traditional concept of strong government,there are many problems in the development of social work institutions in Qianjiang City,such as the gradual transformation of social work institutions into government tools,excessive reliance on government resources,and lack of independence in development.To a large extent,the reasons for these problems stem from the lack of resources necessary for the development of social work organizations and the lack of relevant acquisition capabilities,which has resulted in the above problems.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the status quo and related issues of social work agency resource dependence in Qianjiang City,the author selects F social work agency as a research case.F social work organization was established in 2020.The organization has always adhered to the service concept of "professional services,caring for growth,helping others to help themselves,and harmonious development".Since the establishment of the organization,it has carried out and implemented many social work service projects,and carried out institutional development and practical development.It has shown a high level of professionalism,which has played a leading and exemplary role in the development of social work organizations in Qianjiang City.Therefore,taking F social work organization as a research case for discussion has a certain representativeness.The resource dependence theory believes that the survival of any social organization depends on the interaction between the internal resources of the organization and the outside world,and a certain amount of resource dependence arises from it.As a kind of social organization,F social work organization also has resource dependence.Therefore,this article starts from the perspective of resource dependence theory,takes F social work organization as the research object,uses interview method and participatory observation method as the research method,and from the policy Research on dependence,symbol dependence,capital dependence and power dependence,etc.,and analyze the interaction of resources in order to discover the causes behind the problems.Finally,based on the analysis of the above problems,based on the perspective of resource dependence theory,respectively From the internal and external environment of the organization,a tentative discussion on the development path of social work organizations in Qianjiang City was made,and specific and feasible opinions and suggestions were put forward to achieve the goal of promoting the development of social work organizations in Qianjiang City. |
