Creation is not only the soul of a nation's progress.but also the endless power of the development of a country.The ability of creation is made up of creative personality,the spirit of creation,creative thought and skills,of which creative thought is the core.The development of students'creative thought,whose carrier is the teaching model,should be paid more attention to.Guided by the principles of education and psychology,this thesis states the concept,structure ,features and functions of the teaching model.and explores the meaning of creative thought on the aspects of elementary physiology,psychology,creation and education. It also discusses the principles of the development of creative thought and puts forward four kinds of teaching models with years'teaching practice.as followed,Four-Step Teaching Procedure,Studying Again & Discovering Again,Exploring Problems & Developing Creativity and Chemical Trying, by which the students'creative thought can be developed .The paper probes into the above four teaching models on teaching methods,the theoretical basis and construction of teaching model,and applies the optimized teaching model cases in the training of students'thought of creativity .The five kinds of teaching models can not only help changing students' learning method,but also developing students'creative thought.
