The new turn of foundational education reform, with new idea, wide scope and strong strength, is an innovation in latter-day education history. The aim of the whole course system is to successfully train qualified citizen with overall individuality and adaptability in the future of society, which depend on the optimization of subject teaching. During the course from science to subject, from the subject to the course, the goal of education becomes multiplicity. Since the chemical education in classroom is not the whole content, the rational discussion of effective teaching problem is necessary.This thesis mainly explores how to design the effective chemical education, to set up the mode of effective chemical education and the strategy of chemical education, which will be helpful to the improvement of the efficiency in chemical education based on the analysis of literature.The structure of the thesis is the following, firstly, analysis of the necessary of effective chemical education. Secondly, propose the importance of the strategy of chemical education. Thirdly, explore the concept, the standard and the subject of effective education and the general situation of the strategy of chemical education. Finally, give the foundation of four theories of effective education in the new society.The principle of the effective teaching has the obvious characteristic at present times, with the dissimilarity to pursue in different times. Although the third stage of the effective teaching practice is changing from "the class scale" and "the teaching mode" to "the teaching design", which doesn't mean that the research of the teaching mode is useless and out of date. The teaching mode is the essential condition of the teaching design, and the teaching design for process is very important. The teaching process is constituted by a series of communication between teachers and students. In view of the nature of the teaching, the teaching process is the process that the teaching strategy runs through the teaching. As a result, the substantial meaning of the teaching mode construction lies in completing some particular teaching target.
