In curriculum reform, it has drawn teachers more and more attention to emphasize the three-dimensional targets of "knowledge and skills, processes and methods, values and emotional attitudes".It also becomes necessary to lay emphasis on student-centered and teacher-leading teaching model. Since the stringent regulations of Jiangsu Five implemented were carried out, every teacher has faced increasing teaching contents and tighter teaching time. So in order to change the model of relying on physical fight and boiling the time in the past, it is an inevitable choice to build an effective classroom teaching by improving classroom efficiency.This paper describes the causes of effective teaching, the meaning, characteristics and theoretical basis of effective teaching, effective teaching strategies and the reflections on present effective teaching. There has been relatively much research on effective teaching in our nation. Most of them improved teaching effectiveness by teacher business, such as teaching design, teaching and research standards. Apart from these teaching strategies of enhancing the teacher professional level, I also put forward how to create situations for students to actively participate in every class, gain confidence in learning so as to make teaching more easily and effectively; I find that: although the teaching course design is very beautiful and exciting, the result is not that satisfactory. According to my research, teachers' language, the way of recognition and the teacher's image are all important factors to attract students' attention. They are the external factors to improve teaching effectiveness. Here, I study how to be a teacher welcomed by students in order to promote effective teaching.To ensure the implementation of effectiveness policy, I communicate with students and investigate the real situation prior to implementation. I carry out interviews systematically by phases and detailed follow-up surveys of graduate students during the implementation process. After six-year senior and two-year junior school education, I have built a preliminary effective classroom teaching model. My students have great passion for study and gain excellent grades.
