Any educational theory holds the character of orientation and criterion. Based understanding of educational disciplinarian, the educational essence and times character had been reflected on the post -modernism at a certain extent. The post -modernism contains the theory of educational development and internationalism and orientation. Under the post -modernism of educational theory ,the people had to rescan and cognize the educational phenomena.Teacher professionalization is the trend and the goal of the world teacher education development, also the orientation of our country's teacher education reform. Teacher professionalization are made of the teachers group professtionalization and the individual professionalization .The teacher individual professionalization is the course of teacher individual that often studying special theory knowledge, exercising technical ability, rising special attainment, inspiring professional development, become a professional man from a nonprofessional man.It constructed post-modern educational concept that including the aims of post-modern education; the curriculums of post-modern education and the teacher-student relationship of post-modern education. With no exception, education by which human potentials are developed and improved has gone through the test of postmodernism. The article probes the developmental tropism of teacher individual professionalization under understanding of post-modernism of educational theory. The author hopes this research will promote our country's teacher professionalization development.
