The advance of subjectivity moral education is the extension of the discussion about subjectivity in philosophy and education. It is also the theoretical feedback of moral education in social development. However, for a long time, due to the influence of Chinese traditional culture, educators put excessively emphasis on social value while neglecting educatees' subjectivity position and ignoring students' physical and psychological needs, which results in ineffective moral education. With the development of society and the consciousness of individuals, what has become a hot issue is to research on educatees' subjectivity, explore effective mode of moral education and strengthen its actual effect. This thesis dissertates the moral education of human subjectivity and student subjectivity respectively and analyzes the existing problems in traditional moral education, which lead to the understanding that constructing subjective moral education mode is not only the need of the overall development in people's quality, but also that of market economy as well as the reformation in higher education. Subjectivity moral education mode is based on dialectical materialism, subjectivity education thoughts and modern moral education theory. It should be designed through setting up correct values, renewing contents, innovating methods, cultivating subjectivity abilities, building needed environment and constructing evaluation system of moral education. Comparing with the traditional mode, subjectivity moral education has the following features: the scientificalness of its aims, the concordance in its environment and its way of self-education. Three principles should be insisted through its educational practice: integrate individuation with standardization, students' subjectivity with teachers' leading roles, systematism with gradualism.
