On the basis of the status that the schoolwork's burden in middle school Chinese teaching is too heavy, the form of schoolwork is too single and the evaluation of schoolwork is stiff, the author has put forward this research and achieved this dissertation. This dissertation is based on the Chinese Curricula Criteria for Senior High School, the Chinese Syllabus for Senior Chinese Teaching and related requirements of the Quality Education. By consulting a great many of data and references, and many a investigating and practical research, this dissertation has managed to established five innovative schoolwork models, such as self-determinate schoolwork, accumulating schoolwork, innovative edition schoolwork, investigating and researching schoolwork, and problem-solved schoolwork, which are under the three dimensional objectives, consisting of knowledge and ability, procedure and methodology, emotion and valuation. The author also believes that evaluation of schoolwork ought to base on the theories of multi-intelligence and constructivism and adjust properly so that the evaluation can make its function human-based, make its form variety and make its main body multi-body.On the basis of the specific analysis of problems in current Chinese schoolwork, this dissertation has put forward many improving measures. By using these models and measures in senior Chinese teaching, it seems that the design and organization of schoolwork and evaluation and feedback have formed a benign cycling system, also it is believed that students' Chinese attainment must be improved and their personality can be advanced.
