With the vigorous development of infant education, needing infant normal school urgently to bring up infant school teacher who have excellent education character, higher education ability. However in the practice of education, infant normal school graduate's basic knowledge is weak, education ability is insufficient, and the innovation consciousness and research consciousness is weak, can't quickly make use of education theory to resolve the practicalities of infant education, all these problems become undisputable fact. The back of the students'education quality descends, concealing a limitation of the infant normal student schoolwork record evaluation system.
