The hope that strengthens our nation lies in education, and the hope that strengthens our education lies in the teachers. There is nothing else but to improve the tenancy level of the teachers, to establish a new tenancy system and to strengthen the management of the building of the team of the teachers. Only doing this, we can win in the future competition, and it is also the primary project of our education reformation and development. However, the teachers' appointment, going with our reform and opening-up, is a new setup form of manpower resource and its existing time is not long, and also there exists many problems in theory and practice. Therefore, it appears important to study the teachers' appointment system in the new period.This dissertation adopts case study, through actual investigation of the teachers' appointment system in the Wenhui middle school of Shenzhen city, it summarizes the experience and lessons, emphasizes to study the understanding and thought problems of the common teachers and leaders, and studies the difference problems during practicing the teachers' appointment system, and on this basis, it puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions.The dissertation can be divided into three parts except for the introduction:The introduction summarizes the reasons, then probes into the minus of the study...
