In China, primary education reform demands that teachers and students should become more and more active and creative during the process of teaching & student, in which Each students personality win get completely developed. The main task of teachers is to help students study & master some written knowledge, then enrich their knowledge. It is obviously lopsided for us to realize our education aim like that. In such situation, the development of students' personality and the cultivation of students' speciality are completely ignored but people more and more focus on how to arouse students' subjective creation, and how to cativate their personality in school education.My school theorizes about Everything for students, for students' everything, which demands my school study the junior education system based on Small-Scale Class. Why do I study that? Because this education system can offer us a certain theoretic proof and experimental base.In this paper, I mainly probe into the intercommunications between teachers and students, as well as students and students. Here I employ the definition-the education system is based on different education aspects such as aiming at the full development of teenagers' personality, exchanging information and intercommunicating among students, teachers, courses and conditions. Teaching process is not a unilateral definitive action, but a bilateral indefinitive action.Among teachers, students, course and condition have strongly interaction-interplay, mutual communication, interrelation, mutual help, mutual progress, which completely refects knowledge and cognition originate from interaction, the base of cognition is the interaction of subject and object; so teachers are the subject of teaching, students the subject of studying; teaching is just for the full development of students. It fully reflects improving the relationship of teaching and studying can help to develop students' study potentiality and form a formal cooperation strategy among teachers and students.Carrying out the education system is a very complicated, non-unilateral, open, indefinite, constructive process.
