Junior high school students who are in the age of 11 or 12 to 14 or 15 years old are during the juvenile period.which is not only the important stage of the development of their life,but also Significant period of the changes of their body and mind.Peer relations between the junior middle school students and their peers in the process of its development can't be replaced by adults.Good peer relations can not only Improve students' academic performance and the healthy development of their body and mind,but also make for their healthy personality cultivation and the improvement of social ability.On the contrary,Bad peer relationship leads to middle school students maladjustment in school,even affect the social adaptation ability in the future.This paper sets school life as background,Starts from the main body feeling and needs of peer interaction in junior high school students,and Combines with the literature method,interview method,observation method.I choose two junior high schools of the city X to survey.As a consequence,I find that the present situation of peer interaction in junior high school students is not optimistic.There are communication barriers in many sides,such ascommunication cognition,communication emotion,acommunication behavior and skills.On the basis of the status quo,I analyze the causes of the peer intercommunion obstacles of junior middle school students and Sum up in four aspects: firstly because of Junior high school students' special age and cognitive level,during which Junior high school students are not mature on physical and mental development,have unheathy personality traits and exchanges consciousness and lack Contact wit;secondly because of the lack of family education,because Family background,family upbringing and family atmosphere will affect students' association;Thirdly due to the weak of school education.For example,Communication space provided by school is relatively small;communication education is not complete;Teachers less attention and teachers and students lack communication and so on.Finally due to the influence of social informatization.According to the specific performances and causes of junior middle school students' peer communication obstacle and Combining with the actual situation of the current junior high school education,this paper comes up with three education intervention principles which includes combination of understanding and respect,combination of the development and intervention and the combination of general and individual,three specific contents of education intervention which includes the cultivation of moral character,the adjustment of the cognitive and the improvement of Communication skill,and five aspects of education intervention which includes Creating good communication environment,ric-hing classroom teaching structure,setting up intercourse course,Implementation of the psychological counselling and achieving parent-school produced.I hope that these specific measures can help junior middle school students who have bad communication abilities to overcome communication barriers,construct har-monious peer relations and harvest good friendships and realize the all-round development of people.
