Motivation is one of the most important affective Non-intelligent factors in learning, which has a great effect on learners who is in any stage. To be effective in organizing teaching, teacher must be thorough understanding of learning motivation. There are many questions in College students' learning process. For example, learning underpowered, learning goals is not clear, and so on. Study learning Motivation has important significance for university education.On the basis of the relevant research of the learning Motivation both at home and abroad and the research findings in the field of learning Motivation, learning motivation contains achievement motive, interesting, task structure and the subjunctive motivation, and make a questionnaire for survey, and its reliability and validity were tested. This study is a comprehensive Empirical analysis and case study method of the learning motivation of Vietnamese students and Chinese students. for a comparison and analysis to the University of HongHe for example. The ultimate goal of this study is to find the characteristics in learning motivation of the Vietnamese students and Chinese students, in order to provide reference and recommendations for improving the quality of learning Motivation. This study uses the learning Motivation questionnaire survey to find out the differences of Vietnamese students and Chinese students in their learning motivation.From the results of survey, the majority of the Chinese students have a much clearer awareness of their motivation. There were nationality differences on subjunctive motivation:the Vietnamese students more difficulties than Chinese students. The Chinese students have two different dimensions of motivation in gender and grade. Therefore, in the process of teaching, teachers should make a concrete analysis of specific issues and stimulate their learning motivation appropriately so as to produce better learning outcomes and teaching effect.At the same time, we have put forward concrete teaching strategies for stimulating the learners' motivation on the basis of their learning conditions. For example, set up reasonable learning goals, cultivate students' interest in learning, and so on.
