The accelerant development of the socialist modernization and the comprehensive building of the well-done society, promotes process of the urbanization of villages and the moving outside of urban industry greatly, and drives the development of fringe area's economy, especially the development of the suburbs tourist industry in the city. This will bring more opportunities to government and community residents in the city suburbs, and will be conducive to the improvement of the urbanization level and the development of the relevant industries of tourism. It can also contribute to the transition of the community residents' life style, and improve their life quality. But according to relevant materials, the actual conditions are not so optimistic. There are series of problems of public relations in the course of developing the tourism enterprises in city suburbs. Through the investigate research and the theory researches in the city suburbs the tourism enterprises, the text find the reason that its public relations problem creation and change, and put forward the countermeasures, for providing lessons to the tourism enterprises' entering and merging.This text according to the sociology methodology principle that combining the substantial evidence doctrine and humanism together, with the angle of view of the public relations and tourism sociology, in the path of observing, describing, explaining and countermeasures, under the process of urbanization and industry moving outside, turn to the public relations problem of the tourism enterprises in the city suburb, carrying on comparing of the sociology special subject research.
