| Based on the qualitative speculation and document summarization, using university student as the object, this thesis studies the characteristics of university students' beliefs, influential elements and their relationship with human trust by Questionnaire on the Beliefs of University Students drawn by Song -Xingchuan and Interpersonal Trust Scale drawn by Rotter, in order to promote the understanding of the current situation of interpersonal trust and belief , and to provide some theoretical basis and actual measures for the education of "belief.Questionnaire on the Beliefs of University Students contains three dimensions: social belief, supernatural belief and pragmatistic belief, and nine elements: nationalism, political belief, religious belief, diety worship, life worship, money worship, clan worship and family worship. Interpersonal Trust Scale contains three latitudes: trust to strangers, to acquaintances and to social phenomena.The result shows:First, among the beliefs of the university students, social belief takes the priority position, then pragmatistic belief, and the last supernatural belief. On the aspect of sex, it's easier for female to produce supernatural belief than male. And on the aspect of grade, from the first grade to the fourth grade, the social belief and the pragmatistic belief increase with the grade. As to the supernatural belief, the score of the freshman and the third grade is higher than the second and the fourth. And the third grade is the turning point, as to every aspect of belief.Secondly, the interpersonal trust of the university students is rather low, and the trust to strangers is the lowest. On the aspect of sex, there is no obvious difference between the beliefs of male and that of female. On the aspect of the trust to strangers, female is obviously higher than male.
