Subjective well-being research started in the fifties and sixties of the20th century,Wilson (Wilison) published in1967in an article claims that the factors associated with happiness, marked the rise of the research on subjective well-being. Subjective well-being (Subjective Well Being, SWB for short) is mainly refers to people on their quality of life of the emotional and cognitive evaluation of integration. Domestic scholars for subjective well-being research began in the1990s. Subjective well-being is the important of college students’ quality of life, at the same time, a direct impact on college students’ mental health. And the psychological health problems of college students and the content of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities focus on, on the other hand, the students’ positive interpersonal skills is one of the important contents of college students’ ideological and political education work, and interpersonal trust is an important factor to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships. At present, the college students’ subjective well-being and interpersonal trust problem has caused a lot of attention and research, some scholars have examined the subjective well-being and the status quo of interpersonal trust or influencing factors, but the study of the relationship between interpersonal trust and subjective well-being is not much, and the existing research conclusion there are even contrary conclusions. To explore the association between interpersonal trust and subjective well-being, is not only beneficial to further enrich the theory of interpersonal trust and subjective well-being knowledge; Also conducive to seek more effective strategies of improving the subjective well-being of university students; At the same time, also be able to focus on ideological and political education of college students’ mental health problem of the education teaching work to provide a broader research train of thought, thus promote the effective development of ideological and political education work. On the basis of the predecessors, this study adopts the method of empirical research, to the overall well-being scale (GWB) and interpersonal trust scale (ITS) as measuring tools, use EpiData and SPSS19.0as data statistical analysis tools, survey of guangxi nanning and guilin7universities of1200college students subjective well-being and the status quo of interpersonal trust. The purpose of the study lies in:(1) to investigate college students’ subjective well-being and interpersonal trust in gender, nationality, grade, students, average monthly consumption, and whether the one-child family type and so on, the differences of demographic variables on;(2) clear the subjective well-being of college students if there is a correlation with interpersonal trust, such as correlation, that is the positive correlation or negative correlation;(3) explores the effective strategies to enhance the level of college students’subjective well-being. The results show that:First, the differences between the test results show that college students subjective well-being in some significant differences in demographic variables:(1) college students subjective well-being of emotional and behavioral control factor on the gender variable exists significant difference (P<0.05);(2) college students subjective well-being of health worries factor on national variables exist significant difference (P<0.05);(3) college students’ subjective well-being and general health worries, relaxation and tension, anxiety) a factor of two in grade variables exist significant difference (P<0.001), sad or happy mood factor on grade variables exist significant difference (P<0.05);(4) college students subjective well-being sad or happy state of mind, emotion and behavioral control, relaxation and tension, anxiety) three factors on the professional classification variables have significant difference (P<0.05);(5) of the college students’ subjective well-being of emotional and behavioral control, relaxation and tension, anxiety) two factors in students variables are extremely significant differences (P<0.001);6college students subjective well-being and general health worries, energy, sad or happy mood three factors on the family type variables were very significant differences (P<0.001);7) the satisfaction of life and subjective well-being of college students interested in and relaxation and tension (anxiety) two factors on the average monthly consumption variables exist significant differences (P<0.05); Today college students’ subjective well-being and overall energy factor on his father’s degree variables were significant difference (P<0.05); Pet-name ruby college students subjective well-being of emotional and behavioral control factor on the mother’s degree variables exist significant difference (P<0.05).Second, the differences between the test results show that college students’interpersonal trust exist significant differences in some demography variables:(1) college students’ interpersonal trust and universal trust factor overall there are significant differences in grade variables (P<0.001);(2) college students’ interpersonal trust and universal trust factor overall professional category variables exist significant differences (P<0.001);(3) overall college students’ interpersonal trust and universal trust factor in whether the student cadre variable exists significant difference (P<0.05);(4) college students’ interpersonal trust in general and special trust, general trust factor on family type variables have significant difference (P<0.05).Third, the differences between the test results show that college students’ subjective well-being and overall grade in interpersonal trust, family type variable there were significant differences (P<0.05), but on the variables such as gender, students, professional does not exist significant difference (P>0.05).Fourthly, the current college students’ subjective well-being at the secondary level in and present situation of college students’ subjective well-being is not optimistic; College students’ interpersonal trust degree is low, its social human mentality is a cause for concern.Fifthly, students’ main view of happiness and significant negative correlation between interpersonal trust (r=0.185, P<0.05), the lower the interpersonal trust, instead of the subjective well-being of college students is higher; Closely related between subjective well-being and interpersonal trust of college students, college students’ interpersonal trust can predict subjective well-being of18.5%of the variance.Finally, according to the research on the current situation of college students’ subjective well-being and interpersonal trust and analysis of the relationship between them, the current status of the subjective well-being of college students is not optimistic. In addition to college students subjective well-being level is influenced by subjective factors such as student’s personality characteristic, also by the influence of objective factors such as society, family and school, among them, the interpersonal trust has significant effect on the subjective well-being of college students. Therefore, this study suggests that from the aspect of college students’ own subjective and objective based on the family and school level the two directions of looking for proper control of interpersonal trust, raise the level of college students’ subjective well-being and effective strategies.
