The Teaching Research Based In School And Its System Construction

Under the background of New Basic Educational Course Reform,"School-based education"and "Teacher –and-researcher", with thelower rights of education, has been a core ideal recognized and put intopractice in school education. The teaching research based in school (TRBSin short) and its system construction, has nowadays become the hottestand advanced problems in the field of education.This dissertation, in the precondition of the logical method"what—why—how ", analyzes and constructs the TRBS and its systemconstruction in the lay of practice and theory. Firstly it gives thedefinition to the basic ideal of TRBS. As for the definition, dozens ofliteratures has talked about it and has no definite explanations. Thisarticle, which ignores the traditional research method that whatdemonstrates something must give definitions to it, won't have notionrefined but given analysis its ideal on three aspects. One is how to emergethe school standard in TRBS; the other rich meanings and anothercomprehensive research in three related items—practical thought,professional directions and comprehensive aid.Secondly, this article demonstrates the significance and value of thefounding of TRBS. TRBS system is a new one under the New Course Reform.However, it does not deny the original teaching-and-research system but"develop the useful and discard the useless". It is an additional andinnovational reform on the original teaching and research system. The TRBSsystem will provide the teachers'guarantee with self-determinedprofessional development. Through its unique functional mechanism andpatterns so that it can promote the teachers'practical wisdom,self-determined profession and disciplined development. The TRBS systemis to build a new cultural atmosphere in teaching and research, besidesit has an important significance in constructing the school culture. Thirdly, this article is concerned about the inner functionalmechanism of the TRBS system. And it gives detailed construction in itsinner mechanism within four aspects, which consists of the constructingof the organizing system, multi-opened teaching and research, stimulatingmechanism and school-based training mechanism. The school-based teachingand research organization is above all to exert the principal's modeleffect, which is not referring the administration organization , but themodel leading of the teachers as a researcher. Meanwhile it needs to setup the flexible and human teaching and research management system andguarantees the orderly school teaching and research net. The teaching andresearch mode should set up the interior and exterior layers. Thestimulating mechanism is mainly set up from the interior and exteriorlayers and emphasizing the combination of the two layers. While thetraining mechanism should utilize many kinds of effective forms, esp.based on the school. Finally this article discusses the exterior system of the foundingof the school-based teaching and research. Also it deals with the exteriorsupporting system among the three layers: administrative support from theadministration service, information technology support and exteriorsupport from the experts. In the transition period of the nationalcurriculum mode to the "three pattern"mode, the administrative policyand measures from the government is still the pointer of the schooleducation. The founding of the school-based teaching and research systemneeds the standardization and guarantee from the related policies andmeasurement of the administrative services. And this article expatiatesthe teaching and research policy, teachers'evaluation policy and therelated working policy.
