With the rapid development of economy, society has become increasingly strongdemand for all kinds of talents, colleges and universities should take the social demandfor foothold, cultivate innovation ability, high practice ability and professionalexperience plenty of applied and professional talents, in order to meet the increasingrequirements of the various types of jobs for talents.Full-time professional master as thedevelopment of higher education in the process of a special, is a new things, only byestablishing and perfecting training system, and can solve the problem of "how tocultivate such talents", construct scientific full-time professional degree graduateeducation system construction mechanism, to ensure the smooth operation of the systemworking full-time professional degree graduate student training.In combination with related literature research, this article from the curriculumsystem, professional practice, dissertation and recruit students, faculty, qualityguarantee system construction present situation analysis, found that exist in the processof full-time professional degree graduate education: the examinee enter oneself for anexamination is not positive, poor quality of students, insufficient enrollment, thecandidate selection problems such as unreasonable. Double tutorial system has yet toimplement, mentors’ enthusiasm is not high, unreasonable structure of teaching faculty,teaching lack of pre-service training of teachers, teaching team construction relative lag,etc. Made unreasonable curriculum setting, teaching method, lack of practice teachingresources and practice base construction, not enough professional practice and qualityguarantee system is not mature, the dissertation review standard is not clear.In full-timeprofessional degree graduate education system, there exist some imperfect laws andregulations and the system construction. Policy guidance is not strong, Assessmentsystem is unclear.In full-time professional degree graduate education status quo, on thebasis of the construction of training subject benefit balance mechanism, evaluationmechanism, and investment performance evaluation mechanism to ensure the smoothoperation of the full-time professional degree graduate education work.Mechanism ofthe construction of the process which cultivates the interests of the principal willhit?This study analyzes the training main body by using stakeholder theory system ofconflict of interests, motives and interests, and based on this, advances the conflict ofinterest coordination. This paper introduce market-oriented investment mechanism,training mode reform, strengthen the construction of teaching staff ofimproving the system to the personnel engaging promotion full-time professionaldegree graduate education system such as building adaptation strategy.
