The first part expounds several core conceptions of this article, including understanding of educational organization, connotation of rationality, and so on. For defining educational organization, the author thinks understanding of organization is vital. So the article analyses the three aspects of organization: static state of organization, dynamic state of organization and behavior activity of organization. The article thinks that the connotation of educational organization should include four parts. In philosophy history, rationality has different viewpoints and approximately has four meaning. In the end, the article discusses the organizational rationality.The second part discusses the critique of critique of technical rationality and expresses the author's opinion of technical rationality. At beginning, we investigate the classification of technical rationality, which provides the definition about technical rationality. When technical rationality becomes the only power of society control, it becomes unilateral and is criticized. One of the most representative is school of Frankfort. The author investigates the inner logic between technology and rationality and how technology evolves control of technical rationality, through which author express such opinion on technical rationality: it never has "bad" or "good", when it becomes a tool which is greatly influenced by human's value, it is unilateral. In fact, as long as we turn our opinions of technical rationality from passive assimilation to initiative creation, single-faceted pursuit of technical rationality can avoid.The third part investigates three kinds of organizational theories of educational administration and scans them through technical rationality. Classic organizational theories of educational administration underwent three models, which are Taylor's science management theory, Fayol's administration theory and Weber's bureaucry theory. The article combs the main ideas of classic organizational theories and believes that Fayol's theory emphasize methods of operation, optimization, standard and validity; Fayol's theory concerns principles of rationality, science and system in order to improve efficiency and quality. Weber's theory requires institutions of system.
