Motivation research is an important subject of organization behavior and human resource management. Talent, especially the manager talent, now becomes a vital factor in economic competition between different regions, while the course of economic globalization is faster and faster. Sichuan Province that is in the southwest of China, compared with the regions in the east of China, is in a low level of economic development. So it is necessary to learn how to attract the manager talent of Sichuan Province and encourage them to make good use of their faculty in order to develop regional economy.This study tries to establish a motivation model of the manager talent of Sichuan Province to analyze and explain the relations between different values, which can be illustrated as motivators, job satisfaction and motivation effect.The model is proved to be existent based on analyzing and dealing with data by statistical methods. The conclusion is motivators can be categorized as organizational extrinsic motivators and organizational intrinsic motivators. Both of them can influence motivation result. Two kinds of factors include hygiene factor, motivation factor, policy factor and market factor. The research tries to give some administrative suggestions to organization manager and policy maker based on the conclusion above.
