Whether national competition or regional competition,it is the competition of talents.The talent flow has gradually become a hot issue of social concern.Talent satisfaction is one of the important factors affecting the talents flow.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of human satisfaction on the talents flow.Firstly,based on literature review and theoretical review,this paper constructs the mechanism model of the influence of talent satisfaction on talent flow behavior,and puts forward corresponding research hypotheses.Then,based on the definition and measurement of exogenous latent variables and endogenous latent variables,the paper verifies the reliability and validity of the survey data,and analyzes the correlation between the variables.Then,the paper tests the model for sample data by using LISREL8.70.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results and put forward the corresponding suggestions and measures.The results show that the satisfaction degree of talent can be effectively measured by environmental satisfaction,organizational satisfaction,team satisfaction and personal satisfaction.Environment satisfaction,organizational satisfaction and team satisfaction and personal satisfaction of talent flow will has significant negative effect directly,the will of team satisfaction of talent flow effect is the largest,personal satisfaction of talent flow will effect is the minimum;Environmental satisfaction,organizational satisfaction,team satisfaction and personal satisfaction have no direct effect on the flow behavior of talents,and indirect effects are generated through the mediation variables of flow intention.The willingness of talent flow has a complete mediating effect on the influence of talent satisfaction on talent flow behavior.
