Writing this article is for the purpose of seeking regularity of developing research-based learning in mathematics teaching by understanding theory of research-based learning and on the basis of practice, which is expected to be favorable for developing research-based learning at present. On the basis of document study and by means of practical research, this article is used to probe into general rule of meaning, characteristic, process, principle and etc of research-based learning in Mathematics, try to explain in a systematic way and combine theory with teaching practice by offering living examples.
