With the rapid development of information technology and theadvancement of life-long education theory, web-based instruction hasbecome one of the most popular education forms. Though web-basedinstruction that has vigorous development is the necessary choice of era,this new education form emerges many problems. Especially the pivotalcauses those restricting its development are the quality and the level ofweb-based instructional interaction. Nowadays, most researches oninteractive is very shallow, just on surface, all about presentation, aren’tvery practical, so the study on web-based instructional interaction still hasa long way to go. Gilberthe Moore, an American distance educationexpert, indicated that: the new character arising in web-based instructionmade us use interaction theory and appropriate instructional strategy toimprove e-learning, so we should know the feature of interactionmovement under network environment, balance the relationship betweeninteraction and autonomic learning, and scratch an appropriateinstructional design centering on the student, which make the interactivebetween students and resource, teacher and student more effectively. Byinvestigation on some of universities inside the country that have on-linecourses, we try to get a peek on the status of on-line instructionalinteractive, so we can feature out the defect of online instructionalinteractive, and how to overcome it. Then we can find a way to improvethe effect of web-based instruction, take instructional design into a wholenew level.First, The thesis make a argue that interactive is the key of improveonline instruction, then discusses the definition of interaction, detailed puts up literature search and theory studying on the development ofdistance instructional interaction theory, and learning theory foundationof interaction theory etc. At the basic of theory discussion, regarding threeuniversal interaction manners---the interaction of students-learningresource, the interaction of students-teacher, the interaction ofstudents-students as the study clue, the thesis carried through web-basedquestionnaire research on the students of Inner Mongolia NormalUniversity in the autumn2011. The questionnaire research mostlyinvolves the interactivity of learning resource, times that studentsparticipate in instructional interaction movements, interaction ways,interaction tendency of students, interpersonal choice and sensibilitytendency of students, the teaching behavior of teachers etc. The studystatistical analysis the research date applying SPSS software, then bringforward a solution-an independent module that include three parts:accumulating part, encourage part and QA part, in my imagination, withthese parts, should solve all the problem we have discovered in inquiries,So we can improve the quality of online instruction.The feature of the thesis consists in discussion many factorsaffecting web-based instructional interaction from educational psychology,especially educational social psychology. The investigation indicates thatthe interaction of students-learning resource was the most importantmode of web-based interaction, and the interactive design of teachingresource profoundly influence the ways of students participating ininstructional interaction and the learning validity. If network courses havebeen individuation and interactive designed, learning resource wouldimprove the interaction level. In addition, as an assistant mode, theinteraction of students-teacher has an important effect to web-basedinstruction too, which has obvious interaction tendency that know fromtraditional instruction. The factors influencing the interaction ofstudents-teacher are that the individuals of student, instruction behaviorsof teacher, the climate of instruction, teaching and the information of teaching with the intermediary of communication. Although theinteraction of students-students accounts for the least in web-basedinstructional interaction, it has significant function to cultivate students’sensibility. We can technically achieve the instant and smooth interactionof students-students, and the key on good interaction of students-studentsis inspiring the positivity of students. Exertion go-ahead ism of studentscould make the students strike up well interpersonal interaction circle.Although information technology provide manifold selective interactiontools and interaction manners, the effect to enhancing web-basedinstructional interaction of which await experiment validate.
