In knowledge-based economy ages, with the character education promoted completely and the agriculture occupation goal relocated and agriculture occupation post requesting for technical abilities specially, inquiry learning was called to come.This article proceeded theories research, practice research and on the inquiry learning for plant tissue culture technical ability of middle agriculture school. It inquiried to the necessity and the possibility of the inquiry learning in plant tissue culture technical ability, clarified to the basic theories and principle , design the related form for measure, analyzed the advantage of the inquiry learning of the plant tissue culture technical ability and the reason of the creations.Plant tissue culture technical ability is one of the agriculture occupation abilities, is a curricular core in tissue culture, is a special features for business, is the practice ability and appling ability of the plant tissue technical culture , is the ability of discovering experience, backlogging experience, creating experience, applied experience. In plant tissue culture, teaching target and course characteristics is consisted with the inquiry learning. It is obvious that the inquiry learning increased the plant tissue culture technical ability . It improved study interest and Positive, practice ability, creative ability.By practice researching, a target, a plan, a mode and three kinds of strategies were put forward as a result for the inquiry learning of the plant tissue culture ability . It was the teaching target, teaching plan, teaching mode, teaching strategy, study strategy, teaching evaluates strategy.
