Curriculum reform is the core content of the basic education reform at the present stage, andcomprehensively promote the premise of quality education. A new round of the basic educationcurriculum reform to adjust the course structure, optimize the curriculum structure, set up a nationalcurriculum, local curriculum, school-based curriculum. The author takes Jiangsu Mudu senior highschool as an example, the objective analysis of the status quo "plant tissue culture" school basedcurriculum development like a raging fire, in the school the development background of course baseconstruction, to better meet the students’ interests, skills development needs, developing andimplementing school this course. The author thinks:"plant tissue culture" school based curriculumdevelopment should follow the "to school for this, reflect the features of the school, to students, letstudents learn, happy to teaching as the guiding ideology, develop curriculum resources"; according tothe specific objectives of the new curriculum reform, the concept of three dimensions of theschool-based curriculum goal from the knowledge, ability, emotion attitude and values; curriculumcontent establishment should be purposeful, unique, interesting, expansibility, validity and operability;the implementation of the plan of school-based curriculum, and students and teachers from angle toevaluate school-based curriculum, and draw the corresponding conclusion, on the basis of reflection, inorder to further improve the school-based curriculum.
