A Research On Campus Culture Constuction Innovation

The establishment of campus culture is an important component of socialist culture.The roll of educating people is more and more important.After 20 years of research in theory and practice, has made great achievements. However, because of the economic and social development, the construction of campus culture is faced with many new challenges.From the perspective of positive psychology, in view of the current situation of the construction of campus culture, as regards the main purpose of the construction of campus culture, which are improving students'positive experience and shaping students' positive personality, after illustrating the features, function, history and status quo of the campus culture, this thesis focuses on the approaches of building the campus physical culture, spirit culture and institutional culture in the construction of the positive way, having an important instructional significance for the construction of campus cultural.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part expounds the background, train of thought, train of thought, and the domestic and foreign correlation research. The second part analyzes the characteristic and the function of school culture. The third part analyzes the applicability of positive psychology to construction of school culture, and expounds the risking background, concept, the main viewpoints of the positive psychology and the inspiration of positive psychology to school culture. The fourth part constructs the positive system of campus culture, including active principles, objectives and system. The fifth part in view of the current existing problems of campus culture, from positive psychology perspective, this part expounds positive psychology to build positive ways of college campus culture. The approaches consist of creating the rich cultural atmosphere of campus material culture, constructing positive campus spirit culture and building humanistic campus system culture, in order to form the positive environment of campus cultural, cultivate students' positive emotion experience, internalized into positive personality ultimately.
