In the pedagogical study, experience increasingly comes to a hotspot. Besides the great achievement the educational reform may have made in the last few decades, But the technicality-orientation and industrialization, the standard of education moves to knowledge and society, it plays a negative role. The target of education is projected as the excessive emphasis on the indirect acquirement of the acquirer; the content is exclusively emphasized on the book; the study method is a mechanical product line to grow a human being, which is standardized, programmed, formularized and precise, and regards student as container of knowledge but not the origin, which is alienation between education and life. We should totally reform the pedagogic method; pay most attention to the initiatives and creation of individuals. Experience, as the most direct existence to life, makes people feel closer to the essence of life, and also Experience is the media for individual to have relation with the world and learn the society, from which experience can be helpful to develop individual personality and overfulfilment. The article includes three parts. The first part is about the theory background of experiencing thought. Many different subjects at all times have probed the thought of experience. The postmodern and existential theories give the intension of experience thoughts of exit and equal participation; psychology puts emphasis on the Interaction between the subject and object during experience. Dewey emphasized that experience is the unity of organism and environment, thought that continuity and succession are the characteristics of experience. On the basis of these theories, we can sum up that experience includes three kinds of relations: the relation between Subject and Object; Subject and oneself; the relation between the Subjects. The second part is about the author's understanding of the characteristics of experience, including the experiencing personally, individual, irrational and situation among the subjects. The value of experience to education, the growth of people is embodying on the basis of these characteristics. The third part expounds the concrete value of experience on education from three aspects: seeking knowledge, namely the value of cognitive; being good, namely the value of forming marls; seeking the meaning of life. The value of cognitive in experience can be embodying in four aspects: experience respects the independence of study; experience advocate constructivism; experience cultivate the way of cognitive in intuition; experience advocate to study in life. The value of being good in experience is that it emphasize morals teaching in cognitive, emotion, will and action should be as a unity; it contributes to the self-formulation of the morals; It make morals and life get in touch and reflect the moral value of the way of cultivating the morals. Take care in life is a important expression of experience. Experiences propose the personality, to hold the life for life is limited, to pursue the meaning of life while surmounting the present state of surviving constantly. We can learn how to live together during experience; we can realize the pursuit to bright life.
