Study Of Web-Based Teaching In Local Universities

We must enlarge the scale of education, improve the quality of it and meet the needs of man powers and society for new knowledge and man power fanmng the challenges of Knowledge Economy. During the history of world and china's web-based education, particularly in the 21th century of information society, web-based education has played a vital part in web-based education and life-long education around the world, and has a deep influence on the pattern of globalization of education. Web-based education has become a new increasing point in development of global education; it attracts special attention among international society and educational circles and becomes one of the new issues in teaching policy.In this article, on the basis of newly-trends and advanced teaching theories in foreign and home universities, taking the local comprehensive Yanbian university for instance, starting with the practical needs of reform, construction and development of Yanbian university web-based education, the author judges analyzes: the conditions and problems of the university, and puts forwards her solution and suggestion to the existing problem.There are five parts in the paper. The first part is introdution, it explained the purpose, meanings and solution to the research .In the second part, it discusses the general condition of web-based education. In the third part, it analyzes the existing problem in present web-based education. In the forth part, by the problems that exist,it brings forth with the opinions of the setups of new educational logic, furthering the training of teachers, paying more attention to the construction of internet resources, equipping with advanced teaching and educational theories on the reform of university web-based education. Finally, it draws conclusion with the essay.
