Under the drive of nationalism and the calling forth of female-involved education movement since Ming&Qing Dynasty, in answer to the trend of education-save-nation voice, come into being in China the female normal education. During the process that women status changed from mother to country teacher, regarding Japan as an original version, doctrines of "virtuous wife and good mother" became major consciousness of practitioner of female normal education at that period. Education system of teacher-training for women was set up and perfected during only 20 years. At the same time, the foundation was established for education equality between women and men in China.The paper extends from six angles the steps and effects of the female normal education during Beiyang state of Qing Dynasty. The first, the background of the uprising of the female normal education is presented from the following four points of views, public comments, practical functions academic direction and mode reference. The second, through education undertaking ability, main body consisting and value orientation, the content set forth how the female normal education started. The third, the author's analyzed the development and changes after female normal education was systematized into schooling. The fourth, the development of female normal education in the first 10 years during the Republic of China period was mostly analyzed ; The fifth, The RenXu educational system has affected the development of the female normal education and the progressing of the female advanced education, that's what the paper mainly illustrated. The sixth, to education modernized and woman liberation the female normal education then contributed lots and brought us recommendation today. The paper opens out with dialectic discussion in the problems existed.Female normal education under Beiyang state late Qing Dynasty is the important part of not only educational modernization, as well as woman liberation in China. The modern female normal education doesn't belong to the natural move of our traditional women schooling, what's the direct drive is its political function. To education modernized and woman liberation the female normal education then contributed lots and brought us recommendation today.
