continuous selection,interpretation,construction and exploration process.The reason of selecting this particular period of history and with the choice of value tendency of traditional culture in Chinese textbooks as the object of study is it showed a selection of traditional culture in the course of the most complex and varied,progressive and struggling spiral upward trend.Many modern education and cultural issues,can be found in the amazing historical coincidence of this period.Therefore,the study of the Late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China's culture and education for the
