Research On The Comparison Of Higher Vocational And Technical Education Between China And Germany

Higher Vocational and Technical Education (Hereafter referred to as HVTE) plays the most important role to realize the popularization and universality of higher education, whose sound development concerns the quality of millions of laborers. It also influences the speed and quality of building the well-off society in all-round way. However, HVTE in China started relatively late with weak foundation and its status is still not high. All these lead to the lack of deep systematic research in theory and guidance theory in practice. Therefore, some sharp problems are exposed with the rapid development of HVTE. If these problems can not be solved in time, the development of HVTE will have to face severe challenges.Vocational education development level of Germany is the highest in the world now. Its HVTE has the perfect structure with various and flexible running forms. HVTE in Germany is training talents with high efficiency and has good international reputation.The topic of this dissertation is to compare Chinese HVTE with that of Germany. The theme is the enlightenment that China can gain from the experiences and lessons in the HVTE development of Germany. Its foundation is try to explore how to find a way with Chinese characteristic.The dissertation is composed of six chapters:Chapter 1: Compare development history and situation of Chinese HVTE with that of Germany.Chapter 2: Compare legal system and policy system of Chinese HVTE with that of Germany.Chapter 3: Compare school running system of Chinese HVTE with that of Germany.Chapter 4: Compare development history and function of Chinese HVTE with that of Germany.Chapter 5: Compare founds sources of Chinese HVTE with that of Germany.Chapter 6: Enlightenment that China can gain from the experiences and lessons inthe HVTE development of Germany.
