Higher vocational education is an important part of the higher education andvocational education. It is not only the higher education, which is most closelycombined with the economic, but also the advanced stage of vocational education.With the development of economic and industrial technology, higher vocationaleducation because of their occupational training objectives and the practicality of theteaching content, gain social acceptance and recognition. To vigorously developvocational education is an important condition for economic take-off of the developedcountries and regions in recent decades. In the current international context have nocountry the better level of vocational education than Germany. The higher vocationaleducation in Germany starting in the late1960s and early1970s, although only40years, but it has played a huge role in the development process in German history, andbecome a model for the development of vocational education in the contemporaryworld. The most important reason is the school-enterprise cooperation throughout thewhole process of higher vocational education.Adhere to the service as a purpose, the employment as a guide und theschool-enterprise cooperation roads, is an important way to promote the sound andrapid development of the Chinese Higher Vocational Education. After nearly a decadeof development, China’s higher vocational education achieved great development undit has made certain achievements. But there are still so many problems in theschool-enterprise cooperation that restricted severely the healthy development ofChina’s vocational education. Firstly this article studied on the course of developmentof vocational education, the legal system, implementing agencies, teaching mode andthe quality assurance system in Germany. Then analyzed and summarized problems inthe school-enterprise cooperation of Chinese Higher Vocational Education. Finally, Icombined with the advanced experience of the German vocational education proposedevelopment proposals for the school-enterprise cooperation of China’s highervocational education, in order to help develop China’s higher vocational education.
